Residential Extensions, Conversions, Refurbishments & Alterations

Pershore - Worcestershire

Set in a stunning rural location this tired bungalow (set in a beautiful equestrian yard) had a non functional layout and monstrous uPVC conservatory. We replaced the conservatory with a reclaimed brick extension with dual aspect glazing, and remodelled the interior plan form.

Atch Lench - Worcestershire

Formerly a rendered, 1970's/80's dormer style property. Our clients wanted a home more in keeping with the plots beautiful country surroundings. We proposed reclaimed style brick slips to completely transform the facade. The concrete roof tiles replaced with slates. The uPVC windows replaced with timber flush casements. An oak framed entrance hall was added, and a large

Prestbury - Cheltenham

Projectr comprised extensive remodelling and refurbishment of a 1980's detached property, with rather confused layout. We also have introduced a single storey clad extension to provide a large kitchen family room.

Streatham -SW London

We completely renovated and transformed a dark and gloomy ground floor Victorian flat, into a beautiful fresh space that allowed natural light to flood in.

Hatherley - Cheltenham

We do many single storey rear extensions to open up kitchens to form new family rooms. But we feel architectural detail, need not be expensive. This feature brickwork was built from reclaimed bricks.

Prestbury - Cheltenham

Our wonderful clients wanted to open up their kitchen into the adjacent Car Port. We installed a Glulam ridge beam and a fully glazed roof system to one elevation. Brick slips created a lovely warm textured feel.

Bishops Cleeve - Cheltenham

Not just another single storey addition. Clients were initially surprised by our concept with charred cladding, but loved the final result.

Benhall - Cheltenham

Another "something different". This timber framed timber clad design provided challenging detailing due to its unusual geometry.

Cirencester

A lovely sympathetic two storey stone addition to this stunning historic property in the Cotswolds.

Sudeley Castle Estate - Winchcombe

Complete restoration of this Grade II Listed Cottage. Originally two small cottages, later opened up to form one, and later split again! Finally fully restored and formed into a beautiful sympathetic period property.

Painswick - Cotswolds

Complete refurbishment of this lovely period property plus the addition of an oak orangery and a two storey rear extension. The property was located against a large retaining wall, which provided structural and damp proofing challenges.

Frampton Upon Severn

A super contemporary addition to a substantial Grade II Listed Georgian House, with various additions (Victorian and early 20th C).

Another beautiful London terraced property located in Chiswick. We designed a stunning kitchen extension and remodelling.

The Park - Cheltenham

Refurbishment design works to a relatively new build. Opening up the kitchen to provide a new kitchen family space, with great connection to the garden

Sydenham - Cheltenham

Complete refurbishment and extension of a stunning Victorian Villa in Sydenham, Cheltenham. Design works package included architectural, structural, interiors and landscaping.

Leckhampton - Cheltenham

This Edwardian property provided a huge canvas to produce a spacious but tasteful  loft conversion, creating a master suite with stunning views over Leckhampton Hill.

Moreton in the Marsh - Cotswolds

Two storey rear and single storey rear extensions, plus a single storey side extension, to this relatively modern house in Moreton. The works provided a larger kitchen family room, and extended the master bedroom suite. The side extension created a further large reception.

Winchcombe - Cotswolds

Complete refurbishment and a small tasteful extension to a Grade II Listed terraced property on the Sudeley Estate. Lead roofing, traditional timber glazing and local stone all contributed to a sympathetic finish

Bampton - Cotswolds

Proposals for a substantial two storey extension to a period property. The property was laid out with very complex angles to each historic addition.

Slad - Nr Stroud

Refurbishments to lower ground floor, including opening up with new oak bi-fold doors, plus a patio over, and various external works.

Chelsea - SW London

Basement proposals and Two Storey rear glazed extensions, plus complete refurbishment to this important Regency Grade II Listed John Nash designed property.

Coppers Edge - Gloucester

Definitely the largest Dormer Loft Conversion we have completed. This vast addition provided not one, but two large bedrooms and a bathroom to this modern property.

Prestbury - Cheltenham

Contemporary addition to replace a dated conservatory on this bungalow.

Frampton - Cotswolds

We really enjoyed working in this beautiful Grade II Listed property in Frampton. We added a small but necessary rear extension, allowing a remodelling of the ground floor plan.  Reclaimed historic bricks both externally and internally featured on this lovely project.

Churchdown - Gloucestershire
Lots of interior design works to this 1930’s detached property. External works included new Crittall style aluminium doors and windows.

Blakeney - Forest of Dean

Contemporary extension to a large barn conversion, in a barn style with lots of natural stone and glazing, including a glazed link.

Churchdown - Gloucestershire

A small but fabulous extension to a popular 1950’s type home. The works opened up the kitchen and dining to form a lovely new kitchen family room, with a utility and cloakroom.

Cinderford - Forest of Dean

A barn conversion with a contemporary twist. Very interesting roof structure and sympathetic finishes.

Charlton Kings - Cheltenham

Part garage conversion, part extension allowed us to rationalise a confused space and allow our lovely clients to really enjoy the far reaching views over Leckhampton from their new kitchen family room

Painswick - Cotswolds

Traditional Orangery in timber and Ashlar Stone, and a loft conversion to a stunning Victorian Villa in the Painswick Valleys.

Notgrove Manor - Notgrove Cotswolds

We converted two modern barns into lovely holiday lets on the Notgrove Estate.

Hucclecote - Gloucestershire

Phase 1 of a number of phased projects to this large 1930's property. Phase 1 included a large kitchen extension, and utility, along with remodelling works. Due to a large amount of trees in the locality and desiccated clay soils, considerable engineering went into this project.

Sudeley Estate - Winchcombe

Another Grade II Listed property restoration on the Sudeley Estate. This property was in very bad shape, but has now been brought back to life in a sympathetic style.
