Who We Are

The original practice was set up in 2010 by Ty Milsom as a multi disciplined building consultancy, following 25 years experience in the construction and civil's sectors. By 2013 it was obvious that our interests were becoming increasingly architecturally based, in particular designing creative architectural spaces, with beautiful interior design finishes. And so Hoch Bau Architecture was formed.

Following a 6 year term working in London, Ty now focuses the practice on works throughout the Cotswolds and surrounding areas

We offer a personal service which encompasses all of the RIBA stages of work, from inception to completion, plus full project management.

We combine beautiful spaces, materials and natural light to create inspirational buildings and creative architecture, working with the client to understand their requirements, we can design a building, a masterplan or an interior that fits exactly what the client needs, with architecture that is practical and functional, but also a pleasure to live in, work in or visit.

Good experience and commercial sense produces high quality developments with a good eye for cost engineering and maximising site potential whilst being realistic in respect of it's physical and planning constraints. We are experts in managing the complete design and build process, from dealing with planning and listed buildings to instructing works on site. We strive to assist both clients and contractors to procure buildings under quality, cost and time control. Sound contract and cost management ensures that the client's interests are always under consideration & control.
